Debit Card payment is not accepted as an option for payment processing.

Please ensure the submitting account covers all bank fees and that the payment is free of charge for the receiver account. Payment by bank transfer is only possible until Monday, 16 December 2024. Only credit card payments will be accepted after that date.

Letter of Confirmation/Payment Receipt

A confirmation/payment receipt letter will be emailed once the Conference Secretariat has received the related payment.

*An accompanying person is not allowed to access the Conference apart from the Opening and Closing Sessions. Only one accompanying person can be registered per delegate. Please contact the Conference Secretariat at registration@bahrainrheumatology.org should you wish to register for the accompanying person.

On Cancellation and Substitutions, please read below carefully:

  • Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation may be accomplished before 16 December 2024 with a full refund, minus a 30% administration charge.
  • Notification of cancellation received after this date will be responsible for the full registration fee.
  • Substitutions will be accepted no later than 16 December 2024. Please submit the name of your substitute to registration@bahrainrheumatology.org

Cancellation of the Conference

In the case of strikes, flood, fire, “force majeure” or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Conference Organizer resulting in the partial or complete cancellation of the event (and of any part of its program), the ABRC cannot be held liable. No refund of the registration fees or the hotel pre-payment/deposits will be made.
