Dr. Majeed Haider is a board-certified consultant rheumatologist and internist currently working at Salmaniya Medical Hospital and University Medical Center of King Abdullah Medical City, Kingdom of Bahrain.  He graduated from Arabian Gulf University with first degree honor in 2009. Dr. Haider holds a specialty degree in rheumatology from the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom and completed a two-year RCPI International Clinical Fellowship Program in rheumatology. During his fellowship, Dr. Haider has received special training in MSK ultrasound and became a EULAR certified MSK ultrasonographer in rheumatology in 2024. His interests include inflammatory arthritis, vasculitis and the applications of ultrasound in the rheumatology field.

Dr. Haider pursued his interest in academic studies by completing a master’s degree in clinical trials, graduating with merit from the University of Edinburgh in 2024.
